Undergraduate thesis film that examines the legacy of polluters and industrial influence in Muskegon, Michigan.
The story follows a group of citizens trying to block a company from dumping waste water into Lake Michigan by punching a hole for a pipeline through a critical dune area. Additionally, the film looks at how environmental challenges are addressed on the national and state level, while recalling stories Muskegon has faced in the past.
